Our beloved Sea Serpent, Cecil is in need of a makeover. We are looking for Community members to submit a unique, eye catching, but practical design for our lake friend. Cecil is in need of some fresh paint and some fun landscaping around him. Please, be creative. Please note all designs submitted will be carefully reviewed and The Club has the right to use any or all of the design.
